INTRODUCTION
Zepto is a Mumbai-based quick commerce startup. It has a presence in all the tier 1 cities including Delhi, Hyd, Mumbai.

High demand: 20-40 orders/day
Short distance delivery (<3km)
Proper sitting areas at the store. Riders have washroom accessibility,drinking water etc.
Earning Potential :
Payout structure varies for Bike, Cycle and EV for part time and full time.
Per order 25 rs.
Express ID: Per order 15rs, with weekly and attendance incentives.
Non-refundable onboarding fee of Rs 500 is deducted for bag and T-shirt (In the first 3 weeks) - To be deducted from the rider earnings.
No bag cost for cyclist
A refundable security deposit of Rs 1000 is deducted in the first three weeks of joining for COD orders. It will be given back if the COD amount has been deposited at the store - To be deducted from the rider earnings.
Earnings up to 30-40k/month
Attendance incentives for FT(Working days 6 including weekends Saturday and Sunday)
Attendance incentives for PT daily incentives applicable, upto 400 and weekends 550 (Every order 3rs extra)
The rider is expected to clear the entire COD collected on Sundays to get a seamless payout

Leads to be submitted on a Job Application - Link
No documents are required to be attached in the Job Application Form
Once Leads successfully referred (Unique) candidates will receive a Zepto app link to register and upload the documents. - Please share it by yourself if the candidate does not receive the app link once having a status as unique in the Report Sheet .
After documents are uploaded in the Zepto app, the candidate has to complete the training videos
