Sales Manager
Salary : 25k CTC+Sales Incentive+200 TA/DA per day |Responsibilities:
Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
Meet and Pitch Rupeek’s offerings to potential customers
Build trust by handling customer objections
Flawless execution of SOP while on the field
Build long term relationship with customers to ensure business and referrals
Coordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions
Share local insights from the field to the central team
Skills required
Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target driven mindset Other skills
Hunger- Check past Incentive earnings
Presentation- Persona should invoke trust
Communication- Fluency in local language and Basic English
Basic mathematics calculations
Candidate Persona:
Graduate with 2 years of B2C Field Sales Experience in Banking, Finance, Fintech, Telecom, Financial products or High Value, Low Volume products
Preferably between 25-30 years of age
Sourcing Criteria (Precision Sourcing Guardrails):
2 Years of Field Sales Experience
BFSI, Telecom, Fintech, Banks
Age not more than 30 Years
Driving Licence and 2 Wheeler is must
Local Language Proficiency
should be able to do basic calculations
