INTRODUCTION
Blinkit" is owned & managed by "Blink Commerce Private Limited” (formerly known as Grofers India Private Limited) and is not related, linked or interconnected in whatsoever manner or nature, to “GROFFR.COM” which is a real estate services business operated by “Redstone Consultancy Services Private Limited”
Thier mission is – “instant commerce indistinguishable from magic”. Using a backbone of technology, data sciences, and rich customer insights, they've built a dense and fast network of partner stores enabling lightning fast deliveries in minutes.
OBJECTIVE
we are engaging with Blinkit, to fulfill their delivery partner supply requirements across multiple cities and multiple stores in India. We shall be operational in 29 tier 1 and 2 cities along with 450 stores in total.
Basic Earnings of a Rider:
A rider can earn 80-100 INR per hour and ~27000 a month.
There is a MG of Rs. 15 per order & For every extra km (post 4 km), Rs. 5 is credited to the rider.
Monthly earnings: Example - Rs. 100 multiplied by 9 hours per day, multiplied by 26 days in a month, which totals to Rs. 23,400 Apx.
Pay Cycle will be Weekly.
CLIENT DETAILS
ONBOARDING Process
Leads to be submitted on a JOB Application Form.
No documents are required to be attached in the Job Application form .
Once Leads successfully referred (Unique) candidates will receive a Blinkit app link to register and upload the documents. - Please share it by yourself if the candidate does not receive the app link once having a status as unique in the Sheet .
After documents are uploaded in the Blinkit app, the candidate has to pay an upfront fee through UPI ( Only online pay no offline pay).
Once Payment is done the candidate has to wait 24 to 48 hours for BGV check to activate their ID.
Activated candidates will receive an notification in app on their inventory collection (Which will be delivered to their existing current address via courier service)

3. Online App Training Completion: After the completion of the above mentioned process, the partner will have to go to the training section on the app and complete the video training. 5 modules need to be completed. [Mandatory]
4. Profile Verification: The partner needs to visit the Blinkit Store which was selected at the time of onboarding. The store manager shall complete the profile verification step by matching the photo id with the rider.
Please note that candidates have to visit the store after completion of online training and carry original documents to the center else he will not be onboarded.
6. Inventory Collection: Post account activation, Candidates will have to collect the inventory on the same day, and can start delivering orders immediately.

Shift Timings
No fixed timings, Blinkit operates 24 X 7 in most cities.
Staying active on the platform during the peak hours(evening to early morning) will help the partner earn more due to high demand.
