As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business acquisitions, nurturing existing client relationships, and providing exceptional client servicing. You'll identify opportunities, develop strategies, and collaborate with our creative team to deliver impactful marketing solutions.
*Responsibilities & duties* :
Business Development:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
3. Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
4. Pitch and present our services to potential clients.
5. Negotiate and close deals.

Client Servicing:

1. Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
2. Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work.
4. Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients.
5. Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

1. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
2. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline.
3. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies.

Collaboration and Strategy:

1. Work closely with creative teams to develop pitch materials and proposals.
2. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
3. Contribute to agency growth strategies and planning.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience in the marketing and branding agency environment.
2. Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
