| Responsibilities & duties | Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions to enhance overall supply chain efficiency. Demand and Supply Forecasting: Develop and implement accurate demand forecasting models to align with business objectives and market trends. Coordinate with various departments to balance supply with demand effectively. Procurement Management: Source and negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, and manage risks. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procurement policies. Global Market and Customs Expertise: Leverage knowledge of global markets and customs regulations to optimize supply chain strategies. Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs procedures, minimizing risks and delays. Ecommerce, Quick Commerce, and Unicommerce: Oversee supply chain operations for ecommerce platforms, including quick commerce and unicommerce solutions. Ensure seamless integration between various online channels and supply chain processes. B2B and D2C Industry Knowledge: Drive supply chain strategies for both B2B (Business-to-Business) and D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) business models. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands and expectations. Production Planning: Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels. Collaborate with Design, Production, and R&D teams to ensure efficient workflow. Inventory Control: Implement strategies to minimize holding costs and prevent stockouts. Monitor inventory levels and forecast future requirements for B2B and online channels. Logistics and Distribution: Oversee logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely product delivery. Optimize transportation and warehousing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Manage relationships with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers to ensure cost-effective and reliable logistics solutions. Warehouse Supervision: Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control. Implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy. Process Management: Manage invoicing, debit and credit notes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to optimize performance and reduce costs. Cost Management and Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce supply chain costs without compromising quality or service levels. Implement strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and sustainability of the supply chain. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare regular reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions. Compliance and Sustainability: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
