| Job summary / objective | Plan, execute & oversee the work at designated area through various contractors ensuring quality & safety standards. | ||||
| Responsibilities & duties | Periodical visits to entrusted Choupal Saagars, prepare list of items need repair / maintenance in consultation with Saagar In charge. Prepare overall Maintenance action plan based on Choupal Saagar Maintenance Manual. Ensure implementation of Asset Management System as per DHQ directions / guidelines. Administer AMC’s of all assets in office & Upcountry locations including Choupal Saagar. Keeping all documents pertaining to Asset Management like Drawings, manuals, warrantees, Test certificates, AMC contracts and periodical renewal of the same. Audit of Choupal Saagar based on ITC – Choupal Saagar Fire & Life Safety Guidelines. Ensure proper condition of electrical Saftey and fire equipment. Organise training programs for staff’s on EHS standards & for the safe and efficient use of equipment like AHU, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Generators, etc. Carry out Extension, repair and maintenance work as finalized by DHQ with desired quality & speed with utmost safety. Find alternate cost saving measures in all the above operations including any other suggestions to improve overall efficiency. | ||||
